Tropical Escape

Truly magnificent evening in Fiji. This image shows a typical island scene with palm trees, a small island, beautiful beach and a small lodge. The image was taken during a full moon, so everything is well lit up and the moon is hidden behind the palm tree. It was a very memorable evening, as large Samoan Flying Foxes roamed the sky just as it started getting dark. Once fully dark they can be heart rustling in the branches of all kind of large trees. The Pacific Islands is truly a magnificent place.
I love spending time outdoors and nature always find a way to teach us that not everything is black and white. Sometimes we need to change our views to see a situation in color.
